This 12 week interactive program features (6 workshops + 2 Group Coaching + 1-on-1 Coaching) equips new leaders with the essential management skills, mindset shift, and confidence needed as they transition from individual contributor to people leaders. New leaders identify the shift in mindset and behaviors necessary to effectively lead others, achieve breakthrough personal and professional growth, and strategically contribute to and drive CIBC organizational goals. New leaders will develop a Human Centric Leadership

Approach for positive influence, interpersonal relationships skills, and leadership success.
